As you have many different tasks in business, many divisions like development, sales, marketing, ... the principals are the same because the human being is the same. There are 2 ways to reach out to your customer. The first is through his mind with clear logic argument. The second is through his heart which can be reached through personal touch, personality, emotions, the spirit of intention ...

To reach the heart of a customer you must know that his heart does get more information from what is said and what the other person looks like. The customer also gets a "feeling" about yourself and the corporation you represent. This feeling represents in short term your inner "real intention". This real intention may be in harmony with what you think and express or it might be very much different.

You make a difference while be in your personality, backed by the personality of the business you do, full with creative joy, having respect, being able to simply accept others and embrace live.

One single smile may generate more long-term contracts than power presentations and highly expensive marketing campaigns.
